About this file

This notice describes a forthcoming request for proposal from the United States Agency for International Development South Africa for the Attain & Sustain 95-95-95, Prevent New Infections and Reach All Populations for Epidemic Control activity in Eswatini. The goal of the activity is to reduce HIV incidence and AIDS-related mortality by achieving and sustaining 95-95-95 targets across Hhohho and Shiselweni regions for all population groups through comprehensive HIV support and technical assistance at regional and facility levels. The activity will focus on increasing access to and utilization of quality HIV services, increasing uptake of biomedical prevention services and integrated sexual and reproductive health services, and improving Ministry of Health capacity for clinical oversight, pediatric HIV services, pre-exposure prophylaxis, and select maternal and child health programs. USAID intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for an estimated five-year period with an overall estimated cost of $58-60 million.
