About this file
This document contains details on a forthcoming request for proposal from the United States Agency for International Development South Africa for the Attain & Sustain 95-95-95, Prevent New Infections and Reach All Populations for Epidemic Control activity in Eswatini. The goal of the activity is to reduce HIV incidence and AIDS-related mortality by achieving and sustaining 95-95-95 treatment targets and preventing new infections across all populations in the Hhohho and Shiselweni regions. The activity will provide technical assistance at the national and regional levels to support increasing access to and utilization of comprehensive HIV services, increasing uptake of biomedical prevention services and integrated sexual and reproductive health services, and improving Ministry of Health capacity for strategic oversight of HIV clinical services and select maternal and child health programs. USAID intends to award a five-year cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract valued between $58-60 million through full and open competition. Interested parties should monitor the fedbizopps website for additional details on the forthcoming request for proposal.
