About this file
This document provides an amendment to a federal contract solicitation for supporting Ethiopia's Electronic Health Information Systems activity. The United States Agency for International Development through its Mission in Ethiopia is seeking proposals to support development of IT systems and data repositories at all levels, build a culture of data use, and strengthen governance and capacity of the Ministry of Health's health information systems. The objectives include supporting implementation of the country's information revolution agenda through digitalization of priority health information systems, streamlined governance, building on existing initiatives, and providing comprehensive engagement and data use support through government-led platforms to avoid fragmentation. Proposers are expected to ensure government ownership and leadership across implementation areas while delivering results through integrated, efficient efforts that maintain momentum in improving data-driven decision making and the overall revolution.
