COMMBUYS Bid#: BD-22-1071-AO-CON01-71835
Adaptive Housing Bidder Conference & Commbuys questions:
1. What is Meant by Identify Principal Purchasing Agency?
A: Principal Purchasing Agency (PPA). For POS providers, this is the agency that provides the most Purchase of Service (POS) funding to a specific provider during the fiscal year. Non-POS providers will not have a PPA, and will be evaluated by MRC.
2. Do we need this if we are a corporation? Comment by Defensor, Sahara (MRC): Does "this" need to be specified? How does the reader know "this" refers to the CORI forms? When I first read it, I thought Q2 was referring to Q1.
A: In responding to the question, we understood the word “this” to mean the CORI forms.
Two forms are posted with the bid, the CORI form for Individuals, and the CORI Assurance letter. Sole proprietors should complete the CORI form for Individuals; organizations should submit the CORI Assurance letter.
3. Do I email the package to Rosa or do I need to upload via Commbuys and if so, where can I find the upload?
A: All bids must be submitted in COMMBUYS by April 15 for contracts beginning July 1, 2022: COMMBUYS. Contact the OSD Help Desk for support (OSDHelpDesk@mass.gov or call during normal business hours (8am - 5pm ET Monday - Friday) at 1-888-627-8283 or 617-720-3197).
4. Where can I find the RFR calendar?
A: The RFR calendar is part of the RFR document.
5. Is the submission through Commbuys?
A: All RFR response submissions must be through COMMBUYS.
