This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Amendment for an HVAC Cleaning Services contract with the United States Coast Guard, dated 6/12/2025. The amendment includes several key updates to the original solicitation, specifically focusing on HVAC systems assessment and site survey requirements. Notable changes include establishing contact procedures with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Albert J. Pulsifer, defining annual mobilization expectations, requiring contractors to supply aerial lifts, and specifying project scheduling constraints that mandate work be performed during spring and fall seasons.

The related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number 70Z08425QDL950012) is for HVAC duct cleaning services in the Cape Cod area, set aside exclusively for small businesses. The contract has a performance start date of June 15th, 2025, with provisions for 4 additional option years. The PWS amendment provides detailed operational guidelines, including provisions for accessing work sites, coordinating project schedules, and performing necessary infrastructure modifications such as cutting into hard surfaces to complete contracted work. The solicitation is being issued by the Department of Homeland Security's US Coast Guard.
