The contractor shall perform all maintenance procedures in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations governing the cleaning and sanitizing of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.

5. Past Cleaning- during our pre-walk meeting, it was stated that the Coast Guard does not believe that the Air vent ducts have ever been cleaned, therefore we should assume that all air vent ducts need to be cleaned. Since cleaning all of the air vent ducts should occur in the project, can we eliminate the need for visual (pre-work) inspection provided we perform a pre-post inspection and record each with pictures for each area? If not, can the visual inspection be performed to coincided with pre-construction meeting? If pre/post inspection pictures are provided the Coast Guard will consider the pre-work inspection criteria met. This can be accomplished at the time of the pre-construction meeting.
6. Working Hours- during the pre-walk meeting, it was discussed moving the hours of work to start after 4:00 pm as the equipment is loud and it would be difficult for CG personnel to work during the course of the cleaning process, please confirm. As per the statement of work and the walk through we can adjust the work hours in certain areas.
7. What is your minimum insurance requirement for this project? No requirement listed. There is no minimum, contractors just need to show proof of insurance.
8. Bonding, the Solicitation does not list a bond requirement, will you require a bond? No bond will be required.
9. Temporary Protection- You indicate that the contractor shall provide temporary protection to ensure safety of government personnel, what about the equipment and office areas, can you please expand upon what needs to be protected during the project. The contractor will ensure there is no damage or contamination to any Coast Guard property such as computers, chairs desks, etc.

11. On-site supervision, can the site superintendent be a working foreman or do you require a non-working supervisor? The site supervisor can be a working foreman.
12.
