Good Morning Jason, Please add the following option line items for the vent cleaning:

1) Option Line item: Exhaust Ducting:

REQUIRED WORK: The exhaust ducting systems shall be inspected according to local, state, and federal regulations. This list should not be considered complete. It represents the general items needed to complete the contract requirements.

a. Perform visual inspection (both externally and internally) of all diffusers, registers, and ceiling tiles around the registers and diffusers found in Buildings 3172 and 3181.

b. Surface clean all diffusers, registers, and the surrounding ceiling tiles with H.E.P.A. vacuum method.

c. Attach a vacuum to the ducts identified as strategic locations to provide maximum cleaning capabilities. It is preferred that the Contractor's vacuum has H.E.P.A. filters or better to remove and capture 99.97% of all particles 0.3 microns and larger.

d. Using manual or mechanical brushes to dislodge dirt and debris from interior surfaces of ducts.

e. Air blow interior surfaces of ducts so that they are free of debris.

f. Re-inspect all ducts and systems upon completion of cleaning to ensure debris has been removed.

g. Upon completion of the inspection and testing, a findings report will be submitted for review. If the submitted report requires further action after USCG review, the vendor is responsible for all follow-up correction and action and shall resubmit the report to the USCG.

2) Option Line Item:Clean and sanitize air handlers
Clean and sanitize return air blowers
Clean and sanitize VAV boxes
Clean and sanitize reheat coils
