Amendment Number A00002

14b. This amendment is issued to respond to the following questions received:

QUESTION: Do we have drawings available for the ship and where it will be located?

ANSWER: Drawings for each vessel will be provided when individual task orders are released.

As indicated in the solicitation, orders will be released when services are required for the specific vessel requiring scaffolding and containment.

QUESTION: RFQ suggests 15 days for install and 7 days for dismantle. That is a tight timeframe and would require double shifts, potentially triple. Is there flexibility in the schedule?

ANSWER: As indicated in the Statement of Work, the period of performance for each task order is estimated to be ninety (90) calendar days. Within that 90-day period, the contractor must mobilize and construct the scaffolding within 15 calendar days from the start of the performance period and remove the scaffolding within seven (7) calendar days from the date performance is completed.

14c. Offerors are required to sign and return one (1) copy of this amendment with their quotation. Failure to return a signed copy may render the quotation unacceptable and the quotation may be eliminated from further consideration.
