13FAR 52.217-9According to Note 1, this sheet should be auto-populating using Year 5 Unit Pricing. It is not.Attachment 3 was revised to assure auto-population is working on the FAR 52.217-9 Tab. Please utilize the spreadsheet in Amendment 1 for submitting your proposal.
24Factor 1Section (b) and Section (c)1Can the offeror embed hyperlinks for specification sheets in the Technical Proposal Volume? Spec sheets could be dozens of pages. "the proposal shall also include a list of suppliers the offeror intends to utilize to acquire each component" - is 'supplier' referencing OEM or a subcontractorYes, you may embed hyperlinks. It will be the vendors responsibility to ensure all hyperlinks function. "Supplier" references both OEM and/or subcontractors. These two items are clarificed in Amendment 1.
3Attachment 1Section 3ParagraphPAGES 5-30Please confirm if all the requested items must be TAA and Berry compliant, as some items are manufatured in China. The requested items are not required to be TAA or Berry compliant. Please note: IPR Kit, INFIRAY thermal camera is replaced with: Seek Thermal CompactPRO High Resolution Thermal Imaging Camera for Android USB-C, SKU: CQ-AAAX (Brand Name or Equal). Please note the Infiray will not be accepted as a suitable product to meet this line item. See revised SOW, Amendment 1.
4N/AN/AN/AN/AWe would like to request an extension of the deadline To June 28, 2024See Amendment 1, due date extended to 5 pm EST on 28 June 2024.
5Do you have BOMs for each of the kits in the IDIQs that have more detail than the ones you have published? In previous similar successful kitted solutions with the USSS there were exact by line item 1) manufacturer name and 2) manufacturer part numbers for each kit published by USSS, as the requirement for USSS was so specific (and how the products inside the kits worked together) that it required the exact products for each solution. We see some of this detail but not granular down to the exact part # per line in each kit that is being requested.See Amendment 1, Attachment 7 and 8 of the RFP, for documented links to provide more granular detail. All items are brand name or equal.
