Program Manager
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Focal point for all required program tasks. Prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of contract activities, risk management, quality, ILS maintenance activities, requirements, deployment, development, and issues. Notifies the COR and CO of all performance, financial, personnel, or security problems that, if unresolved, may adversely affect the Contractor’s performance, schedule, or costs.

Engineer
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Performs a variety of computer engineering tasks for computer systems and/or networks. The development of technical documents, along with documentation planning and support. Applies theories and principles of science or mathematics to the design of hardware, operating systems, networks and processes to solve technical problems. Systems may involve multiple protocols and interfaces, satellite communications, digital or fiber optic networks, etc. Experience developing applications, networks and technical architectures for large-scale client/server and mainframe applications. Plans and performs engineering research, design development and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering and customer specifications. Develop, configure, and maintain databases. Designs, builds, troubleshoot, debugs web sites and user interfaces using a variety of graphics soft-ware applications, techniques, and tools.

Computer Programmer
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Must be capable of using IT equipment and languages to develop and prepare diagrammatic plans for solution of business, management, communications, tactical, and strategic problems. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests computer software to produce the required product. Prepares program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Information Assurance Consultant
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Monitors and responds to technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Applies knowledge to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures. Designs test scenarios, exercises and simulations and supports testing of new and enhanced products. Functional areas include classified intelligence, access control, biometrics, intrusion detection, and command and control-related net-works, and smart card technologies. Analyzes information assurance requirements, supports the design, development and integration of system, hardware, or software-based solutions. Applications include cryptographic solutions that provide and/or enhance the security of individual platforms, systems or networks. Supports the development and enhancement of user interfaces to existing information assurance systems.

Information System Security Officer
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Oversees the implementation of NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) information technology (IT) security controls and security authorization documents which support the Authority To Operate (ATO) process. Provides coordination and execution support for/with TSA OIT/SIVM Team in the conduct of penetration testing, threat injection testing and/or other 'red team' activities in support of the Security Control Assessment (SCA) process.
Promotes IT security awareness information to the user community by validating the user community is completing their annual training. Analyzes and develops the integration, testing, operations and maintenance of system's security and ensures the system is compliant with mandated DHS/TSA and CAT Program specific security policies and requirements. Oversees and maintains regulatory requirements and participates on the Change Control Board (CCB) by reviewing changes for security implications and security applications. Provides security analysis of IT activities to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place and being enforced. Provides technical recommendations for all Risk Assessments and Vulnerability Assessments conducted for the system or site.
Provides guidance to vendors in implementation of the DISA STIG and Application Security Hardening requirements for all COTS operating system products and supporting applications, required configuration settings, system level utilities and file services. Must support the development of Risk Assessment Memorandums when cyber compliance deviations are discovered as part of the automated scanning process when Nessus and other OIT/IAD vulnerability assessment tools are used in support of ATO and Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) scans.
Additional duties shall include the development of cyber workflows, security standard SOPs, the development and institutionalization of proactive security measures, participation in root cause analysis (RCA) events, system and application risk assessment processes, development of cyber centric analysis of alternatives (AoAs) and developing responses to security breaches.

Position Duties/Responsibilities: Experience in developing and providing technical and end-user training on computer hardware and application software. Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing. Working knowledge of subject area requirements as defined in a government task request Functional Responsibility. Conducts training classes. Prepares training documentation. Experience in developing course materials, such as course manuals, training aids, student texts and handouts. Provide classroom and on-the-job instruction and computer based/aided training.

Maintenance/Computer Technician
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization. Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work.
Prepares progress reports for all work performed. Receives work direction from supervisor on work priorities and daily assignments.

Quality Assurance Control Specialist
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Quality assurance, quality control, and configuration management, verification and validation, system testing and integration, metrics and their application to systems quality assessment. Monitors the level of quality throughout the software life cycle. Provides supervision and direction to support staff, as required. Determine the resources required for quality control. Responsible for most technical and complex quality control testing.
Analyzes and designs business applications on complex systems for large scale computers, data base management, use of the programming languages. Manages the development of new methods and procedures. Knowledge of current storage and retrieval methods and demonstrated ability to formulate specifications for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging of computer programs. Responsible for the evaluation of software and associated documentation.

Installation Support Specialist
Position Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinates hardware installation and experienced in network and database security systems. Experience in conducting site surveys in preparation for installation. Requires strong knowledge of PC LAN hardware and software, in a multi-protocol environment, and network management software. Provides knowledge and experience in one or more disciplines or procedures including hardware installation, repair, calibrating and modifying electronic equipment, unpacking, inspection, test and configuration. Troubleshooting functions.
