The project involves replacing 73 total appliances across TSA Headquarters (6595 Springfield Center Drive, Springfield, VA 22150) and the TSA Freedom Center (13555 EDS Drive, Herndon, VA 20171). The Freedom Center will receive 23 items: 8 microwaves, 9 refrigerators, and 6 coffee makers, with all remaining appliances delivered to TSA HQ. Equipment to be replaced includes 18 bottleless water coolers (Clover D1-B), 26 single-serve coffee brewers (Keurig OfficePro Premier K1550), 18 commercial microwave ovens (Panasonic NE-1054F), 9 refrigerators (21.3 cubic feet), 1 undercounter refrigerator (True TUC-27C-HC), 1 TurboChef countertop microwave/high-speed oven (I5), and 1 commercial reach-in freezer (Continental DL1F-SS). All replacement equipment must be new, unused, commercial-grade, energy-efficient where applicable, and equal to or better than existing equipment in capacity and performance. The delivery date is 120 days from the award date.

The contractor is responsible for all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, delivery coordination, installation, testing, and disposal of removed equipment. Key contractor requirements include conducting site surveys to verify appliance dimensions, electrical specifications (NEMA 5-15 plugs or 208/240V as applicable), water supply compatibility, and delivery routes; providing all necessary installation accessories and initial water filters; coordinating with TSA's Contracting Officer's Representative and Facility Manager; protecting building finishes during installation; and testing all equipment in the presence of TSA representatives before completion. All appliances must be level, secure, fully operational, and free of damage upon completion. The contractor shall provide manufacturer operation manuals, warranty documentation, product cut sheets, a site-survey report, delivery and installation schedules, and a final equipment inventory list with manufacturer and serial numbers. All replacement appliances include the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty, and the contractor provides a minimum one-year warranty on workmanship and installation, with warranty-service responses required within two business days of notification. The project is complete upon delivery and installation of all equipment, removal of existing appliances, passage of operational testing, submission of required documentation, and final inspection and acceptance by TSA's designated representative.
