About this file

This document contains a statement of work template for an interagency agreement between the Department of Homeland Security Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office and a Department of Energy laboratory or site. The template provides guidance for completing sections including scope of work, key milestones and deliverables, project timeline, funding requirements, and points of contact. If finalized, the interagency agreement would task the Department of Energy entity to perform services such as providing monthly status reports, quarterly performance reviews, and a final comprehensive report for a chemical and biological response testing and evaluation project in support of the DHS CWMD Office. Key deliverables include kickoff meeting materials, monthly progress reports, presentation materials for design and testing reviews, and final reports and documentation. The period of performance, travel requirements, and security protocols are also addressed in the template, which includes instructions to complete blank fields and customize the statement of work for the specific interagency agreement.
