About this file

This document contains a Statement of Work (SOW) template for an inter-agency agreement between the Department of Homeland Security's Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office and a servicing agency. The SOW template outlines requirements for multi-sensor, multi-data analysis to improve existing data analytics capabilities for targeting and interdicting potential weapons of mass destruction threats. Key details in the SOW template include specific tasks and subtasks to be performed by the servicing agency, associated milestones and deliverables with due dates, a timeline for task completion, funding requirements by task, and points of contact for technical and financial questions. Security requirements are also specified, as the work requires access to sensitive but unclassified For Official Use Only data residing on the DHS cloud.
