About this file

This document outlines the requirements for a federal solicitation seeking a Cellular Wireless Managed Services solution. The Department of Homeland Security is issuing a request for proposal to establish an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract as an ordering vehicle to provide comprehensive commercial cellular wireless managed services across the department. Services will include a web portal for device ordering and management, cellular wireless equipment and devices, cellular and data service, mobile device management, project management, in-building cellular coverage services, and a service desk. The contract will enable access to multiple commercial carriers and customize a web portal for each component allowing inventory, equipment, and reporting management. The goal is to reduce wireless costs and increase program efficiencies. Responses are due on August 28, 2020 for Phase I and September 25, 2020 for Phase II oral presentations. Award is targeted for November 18, 2020.
