About this file

This is a Federal Protective Service (FPS) Amendment to a solicitation for the Installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) facility in Tukwila, Washington. The amendment (Amendment 0002) modifies the original Request for Proposals (RFP) 70RFPW26QWA000004, providing revised technical specifications and requirements for the project.

Key modifications include changes to the Statement of Work (SOW), such as adjusting camera requirements from 12 to 13 cameras, revising camera placement (including changing a multi-sensor camera at the north end parking entry to a PTZ camera on the roof top), adding requirements for a 10-foot pole, and modifying existing cabling reuse provisions. The amendment also updates the Quotation Checklist for Offerors, adds a timeframe for asking questions (by December 18, 2025 at 10:00am PT), and provides detailed instructions for quote submission. The project involves installing new network video recorders, IP cameras, networking equipment, and associated infrastructure, with a focus on expanding and upgrading the existing video surveillance system.
