1GeneralThe Solicitation mentioned a Sample dataset

Has this been provided as reference?

If so could you direct me to its location? The sample dataset is Attachment A. This the dataset that FEMA uses.
2Generala.Would FEMA consider granting a deadline extension to 3/31/2021 and an updated question deadline to 3/19/2021? It will take us a significant amount of time to map our current line item database to the items provided in Attachment A as well as provide the samples requested in Sub Factor B of the technical approach.No. The due date and time for receipt of questions and proposals will not be extended for this solicitation.
3Generalb.Who is the incumbent contractor, what is the contract number, and what is the total contract value?FEMA is currently receiving these type services under contract HSFE80-16-C-0200. Additional details on that contract can be found at the Federal Procurement Data System - Next Generation website. https://www.fpds.gov/fpdsng_cms/index.php/en
4Atch 0002 Pricing Spreadsheeta. What is the significance of the tab titled ‘Table 1’ in Atch 0002 Pricing Spreadsheet? Are those anticipated costs?Atch 0002 has been revised and all previous versions are deleted from the list of attachments and replaced with rv01 of the spreadsheet.
5RFQ 70FB7021Q00000018a.Sub Factor B. Line Item Database on page 54, asks for several ‘details and examples’ of the database and export file format but does not give any directions regarding the number or type of records requested or which geographies should be included. Please provide greater detail. The format described in Attachment B is the structure of database for the entire dataset descripted in Attachment A. The geography is driven from the format that is described in Attachment B to be applied to each item in Attachment A. The number of records is the sum of all Attachment A.
6Attachment (A)There is a significant discrepancy in the 477 line item dataset required and the 385 line items that have historically been required under this contract. Can you confirm that the intention is to have the contractor develop these new parametric costs to add to the database?Contractor is to provide all data sets requested as outlined in Attachment A to the solicitation. This includes new damage level line items for both state and territory locations derived from line items listed in the first tab (LI Description). FEMA has been manually configuring these prices for the past 12 months and now ask that it be part of any future contracts.
7Attachment (A)Do you have any additional information on the required scope of work? The instructions to formulate damage level pricing are displayed at the top of tab 2 and tab 3 (State and Territory Damage Level Matrix). Once configured, these prices will be part of the quarterly import using MS Access.
