About this file

This is a cost schedule document for the Sand Harbor Sleigh Rides contract opportunity administered by the State of Nevada Purchasing Department on behalf of the Nevada Division of State Parks. The document outlines the financial structure and pricing framework that qualified vendors must follow when submitting proposals for sleigh ride services at Sand Harbor. The cost schedule establishes the baseline pricing model, rate structure, and financial parameters against which vendor proposals will be evaluated and compared during the procurement process.

The cost schedule details the specific pricing format and cost categories that vendors must complete as part of their proposal submissions. It provides the standardized cost breakdown that ensures all bids are submitted on a comparable basis, allowing the State of Nevada to evaluate proposals fairly and select the vendor offering the best value for sleigh ride services. The document serves as a critical component of the overall procurement package, working in conjunction with the scope of work and supporting exhibits to define both the service requirements and the financial terms under which those services will be provided.
