About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Defensive Tactics Training Facility to be secured by the San Antonio Training Unit (SNATU) for ICE ERO personnel. The SOW specifies that ICE ERO requires quarterly defensive tactics training for all officers as mandated by agency policy and essential to mission readiness.

The facility must provide a private, secure training area with controlled access accommodating 25+ officers, featuring industry-standard safety mats suitable for 20+ officers, appropriate overhead clearance consistent with commercial martial arts facilities, and adequate ventilation or climate control meeting federal safety standards. Additional facility requirements include clean and sanitary restroom facilities with potable water access, parking for 25+ vehicles meeting reasonable commercial standards, and sanitation protocols ensuring the training area is clean prior to each training day. The facility must be located within the San Antonio local commuting area and provide access to ICE personnel during normal working hours (0800-1600), Monday through Friday, with good faith efforts to accommodate approximately 30 training days per quarter.
