About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Detention/Transportation/Food Services. The questionnaire instructs the respondent to provide an honest assessment of the vendor's performance across elements such as quality of services, meeting contract schedules, management of key personnel, and ability to resolve performance issues. The respondent is asked to rate the vendor using a standardized scale and provide supporting narrative for each area. The questionnaire also requests information about contract terminations, the respondent's willingness to award to the vendor again, and identification of the vendor's strengths and weaknesses.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for the recompete of a contract to provide detention services, food services, and local transportation at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility (BFDF) in Batavia, NY. This is a follow-on requirement to an existing contract with Akima Global Services, LLC. The new contract will be a competitive 8(a) set-aside IDIQ with a 10-year period of performance. The solicitation is expected to be released on SAM.gov no later than August 31, 2024.
