Detention services must be performed in accordance with the ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS) and the DHS regulation under the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA). The contract will include firm-fixed price unit prices and some labor hour Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The incumbent contractor is Akima Global Services, LLC. The RFP is estimated to be released on SAM.gov no later than September 30, 2024, but the timeline remains subject to change.
