Questions and Answers

1. We’ve been reviewing the above referenced solicitation and notice that the product quantities listed on the SF 1449 differ from the quantities listed on the Pricing Schedule spreadsheet.

· Please see updated/corrected SF1449 (page 1-2)- Solicitation and Terms and Conditions (page 4, I.1)

2. Can CBP’s existing incident event crisis management system be connected through an API?

· CBP currently utilizes Juvare WebEOC for their Incident Event Crisis Management System. This system has an external API that allows another incident event crisis management system to connect to it.

3. What ports are able to be opened?

· The API is done through a SSL/TLS 2.0+ URL. The URL is secured and credentialed for access to the data within our current system.

4. What is currently being used for user authentication and reporting on the data that is outlined in the SOW today?

· User authentication is currently being done via CBP and Juvare’s Single Sign-on functionality (Active Directory). However, CBP is in the process of switching to CBP Identity (SAML via CBP SailPoint).
