About this file

This is a Pricing and Delivery Schedule form from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) Department of Purchasing for Request for Proposal (RFP) 745-26-P19 regarding Biotech Research, Clinical Diagnostics, and Equipment Catalog products and services. The RFP seeks to establish a new supplier contract for products routinely ordered through Jagger-based punchout catalogs, with the University reserving the right to enable the contractor's catalog electronically within its eProcurement or purchasing systems. The contract will have an initial term of one year with options to renew for up to three additional one-year renewal terms, subject to the same terms and conditions. UTHSA does not guarantee any specific volume, minimum, or maximum compensation under this agreement and reserves the right to make multiple awards.

Proposers must provide detailed hourly rate sheets for all team members associated with the account, with rates remaining firm throughout the contract term and all renewal periods. All hourly rates must include labor, equipment, materials, fees, overhead, profit, insurance, licenses, and incidentals necessary to fulfill the scope of work. Reasonable expenses including meals, rental cars or mileage, coach-class airfare, and lodging will be reimbursed without markup if approved in advance and in compliance with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts travel reimbursement rates, subject to a mutually agreed maximum expense cap. UTHSA's standard payment terms are net 30 days as mandated by the Texas Prompt Payment Act, with invoices submitted electronically to AP-einvoice@uthscsa.edu and requiring a valid purchase order reference. Proposers may offer prompt payment discounts and must accept payments through electronic funds transfer methods, including automated clearing house (ACH) transactions. UTHSA is exempt from Texas sales and use tax and will not reimburse expenses exceeding allowable amounts or prohibited by state regulations.
