About this file
This document is a Litigation History Form for a state and local contract opportunity issued by Broward County, Florida, specifically related to a paper and envelopes procurement. The open-end contract seeks to purchase and deliver various paper and envelope products for the Office of Public Communications and other Broward County agencies. The solicitation requires electronic submission through BPRO (Bonfire) platform, with vendors responsible for ensuring timely electronic submission prior to the closing date and time.
The contract includes specific requirements from the Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD), with a focus on County Business Enterprise (CBE) participation. Vendors are allowed to submit clarification questions through the BPRO platform within a specified timeframe, with the County responding through the system's messaging section. In the event of submission difficulties, vendors are instructed to notify the Purchasing Agent and contact technical support at support@gobonfire.com. The litigation history form accompanying the solicitation requires vendors to disclose any material legal cases from the past three years, which may impact their responsiveness and eligibility for the contract.
