About this file

This document is a Minimum Insurance Requirements form for a project involving the Supply and Delivery of Paper and Envelopes for the Broward County Office of Public Communications. The document specifies detailed insurance coverage requirements for a potential vendor, including General Liability, Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Employer's Liability, with specific minimum liability limits for each insurance type.

The insurance requirements mandate $500,000 coverage for General and Auto Liability, with Broward County designated as an additional insured. Statutory limits apply for Worker's Compensation, and Employer's Liability is set at $100,000 per accident. Notable provisions include a waiver of subrogation in favor of Broward County, primary coverage requirements, and a stipulation that for Claims-Made policies, insurance must be maintained and evidence provided for at least three years after contract completion. The document also notes that no proof of insurance is required if delivery will be by common carrier.
