This is a minimum insurance requirements document for the IPW 2026 Consultant or Destination Management Company contract issued by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau to Broward County. The document establishes mandatory insurance coverage requirements that must be maintained by the selected consultant or destination management company throughout the contract performance period.

The insurance requirements include General Liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, featuring broad form Commercial General Liability with coverage for premises operations, products and completed operations, and contractual liability. Auto Liability coverage is required at $500,000 combined bodily injury and property damage limits, though this may be waived if no driving occurs during service performance. Workers' Compensation coverage must meet statutory limits with Employers Liability of $500,000 per accident. Excess Liability or Umbrella coverage may be used to supplement minimum requirements. For Claims-Made policies, insurance must be maintained and evidence provided for at least three years after contract completion. Broward County must be named as additional insured, insurance shall provide primary coverage without contribution from the County, and a waiver of subrogation applies in favor of Broward County. Cyber Liability, Professional Liability, and Crime/Employee Dishonesty coverage are listed as not applicable for this engagement.
