The scope of work includes all site preparation, paving, structural components, and associated infrastructure required to deliver a fully functional and accessible parking and storage solution. Proposers must submit supplemental information either with their proposal or via email to purchasing@templetx.gov within 24 hours of the proposal deadline. The City anticipates work completion within 360 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed, though the City and selected contractor will establish a mutually acceptable contract term.

Proposers are required to provide comprehensive supplemental documentation including: two comparable projects completed within the last five years by the same regional office managing the project; identified project manager and on-site superintendent with resumes, employment history, and professional references; percentage of time key personnel will dedicate to the project; proposed subcontractors for sitework, flatwork, pre-engineered metal building, roofing, and electrical scopes; a detailed project approach addressing construction scheduling, project management systems, risk and safety management, quality assurance procedures, and warranty response procedures; and any value engineering recommendations with associated cost impacts. Value engineering proposals will be evaluated on their potential to reduce construction or long-term operating costs, improve durability and weather resistance, or enhance functionality and accessibility.
