About this file

This is a Pricing Form for an Invitation to Bid issued by a Texas jurisdiction for the demolition of structures at four separate locations: 517 S Knob Street, 507 N 12th Street, 717 N 8th Street, and 603 S 6th Street. The project encompasses the demolition of four residential structures, one accessory structure, and one stand-alone foundation. The scope of work includes selective demolition and debris removal at each site, with specific requirements regarding which fences and structures are to remain intact, complete removal of concrete and miscellaneous materials, and backfill and drainage provisions to prevent water accumulation. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders may submit pricing either as a paper bid response using this form or through the Euna Procurement portal for digital submissions.

The pricing form requires bidders to provide lump sum prices for each of the four property locations, with a total bid price to be calculated. The project is funded through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, and the estimate of probable cost for the entire project is $32,994. This form serves as the mechanism for collecting pricing information from qualified contractors interested in performing the demolition work.
