June 10, 2022

Questions Answers 1 Is it possible, and how can I, schedule 1 or more site visits to view the campground loops?

All contractors may view the campground loops. The loops are open to the public. If the gate is locked, the contractor has the option to walk the loops.

2 This is a sealed bid IFB, will there be a public bid opening via teleconference?

The pubic can attend the bid opening in person, there will not be a teleconference. Results will be posted to sam.gov after bid opening.

3 What is the construction duration? The RFP/Solicitation refers to subsection 108.01 but even still that subsection does not provide duration. Please advise.

Refer to FAR clause 52.211-10 on page C-3 of the IFB for the expected notice to proceed date. Refer to SCR’s 108.01 (a) on page E-16 of the IFB for the contract completion date.
