Amendment 0002 to Federal Solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00056
This is Amendment 0002 to a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) solicitation issued by the Regional Acquisitions office in Fort Worth, Texas, effective March 4, 2026. The amendment provides Questions and Answers clarifications and uploads the correct Wage Determination for Mobile ATCT (Service Contract Act WD 2015-4605, Rev. 27 – Mobile). The contract period of performance runs from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027. Offerors must submit a signed or acknowledged copy of this amendment with their proposal. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
The Q&A document addresses inquiries regarding a building cleaning and maintenance contract for FAA facilities in Gulfport and Mobile, succeeding the incumbent K-MAR Industries, Inc., which held two prior contracts (697DCK-21-C-00110 and 697DCK-21-C-00074) valued at $451,806.00 total for the period April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2026. Key clarifications include confirmation that cleaning frequency requirements are detailed in provided frequency charts, that offerors must submit a Quality Control Plan with their proposal, that three Customer Satisfaction Surveys from third-party references are required to satisfy past performance requirements, that pay frequency is monthly, and that the corrected wage determination for Mobile has been uploaded to SAM.gov. The FAA declines to provide information regarding current staffing levels, employee counts, building square footage, or previously approved cleaning products, directing offerors to reference the frequency charts and SOW for operational requirements.
