About this file

This is Amendment 1 to solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00061 for janitorial services at the Aspen Colorado Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT/BB), issued by the Federal Aviation Administration. The amendment makes three key changes: 1) adds the site visit attendance list from the November 13, 2024 site visit, which included representatives from 11 companies, 2) provides answers to 20 questions about the contract requirements, and 3) replaces the original janitorial frequency chart with a revised version.

Key details clarified in the Q&A include: the incumbent is Eco-Friendly Cleaning Specialist LLC (contract #697DCK-21-C-00312) with current contract value of $202,757 for base plus 4 option years; facility operating hours are 0700-2000 MT with cleaning services performed 0700-1600 MT; employees must have both FAA PIV card and ASE Airport badges; contractor manages all consumable supplies; restrooms only need cleaning once per day rather than three times; and the ATCT cab glass/windows and shades are explicitly excluded from the scope. The amendment confirms the scope of work has changed from the current contract but directs interested parties to review the complete solicitation for details of the changes.
