Acquisition Questions:

1. Provide the previously awarded vendor and award amount for the Janitorial Services for Multiple FAA facilities contract:

b. Contract Amount: The contract amount is for a Facilities Maintenance contract and is not comparable to the current requirement. The scope of work requirement has changed.

2. Would it be possible to submit the Certificate of Insurance upon contract award rather than with the proposal submission? Since obtaining the Certificate requires coordination with our insurance provider, deferring submission until award would allow us to keep our proposal streamlined and focused. We are committed to full compliance and can expedite the certificate issuance immediately upon award.

a. Please refer to Section L, Clause SA18 PROPOSAL CONTENTS for submission requirements.

3. "Evaluation Factor 3: Key Personnel” says that we are to submit the contract number of the Project Manager candidate with the proposal. Some candidates we have spoken to have managed government projects directly and possess the qualifications only without a contract number to reference. Can the past contract number submission on the Project Manager's resume be made optional?

a. IAW Section Please submit IAW Section L and M Key personnel requirements. Note Amendment 02 clarified that is clarified as Contracts Manager.

4. I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether the incumbent's scope of work and the locations are the same as outlined in the current solicitation.

a. No, the scope is not the same; the scope of work has been reduced, by removing various services and locations from the current contract.
