About this file
This document is a revision to the Janitorial Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity. The key revisions are:
The definition of the Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR) was clarified - it does not require a specific separate report format, and can be communicated via email. Section 3.5 on windows and window coverings was revised to only address interior windows, excluding exterior windows and tower/cab glass. Section 4 on government-furnished equipment was added, specifying that central vacuum systems are the only approved vacuums in certain areas, and the government will provide all waste/recycle receptacles and dumpsters.
The related federal contract opportunity is for Janitorial Services at multiple locations within the Dallas-Fort Worth District, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Southwestern Region. This is an 8(a) set-aside solicitation.
