Attachment J-2 Seed Project

The repairs and renovations for the mobile assets listed below will take place a Government site in Independence, MO. A task order for the Seed Project will be issued immediately after award of the base contract.

Tasks:

1. Q81 Medium ATCT – Reconfigure the console after removal of the TVS

2. Q83 Medium ATCT – Reconfigure the console after removal of the TVS

3. Q28, Q29, Q31, Q32, Q35*Camper Refurb – Sanitize camper, inspect mattresses and linens in sleeper campers clean bed lining and store in sealed bag, replace bedding/mattress as needed, prep for deployment.

• Test and repair heat and air conditioning systems.

• Test road and interior lighting and repair as needed

• Test Braking and break away systems

• Ensure the propane is available and equipment using it is operational

• Check tire pressure and lug nut torque are within specifications.

• Check roof for leaks, cracks, caulk cracks, etc and repair as needed.

• Q35* thorough checkout for roadworthiness and condition assessment.

Attachment J-2 Seed Project

Console reconfiguration will be accomplished on this or a similar console. The squares on the extreme left and right will be removed leaving a hole in the laminated wood console, which will need to be replaced.

Equipment racks in the assets (that are bolted to the floor), once emptied of equipment and wiring need to be removed. Also empty racks may need to be installed in places for equipment to be added. Qualified technicians would then install equipment in those added racks.
