697DCK-21-R-00044 Questions & Responses

1. Question: For the stated Options 1 & 2. Does the offeror must be prepared to execute these potential options if awarded? Note: the concern is the place of performance.

Refer to question 2.

Response: Offeors must be prepared to execute Option 1 and Option 2 if the Government requires continued performance as stated in 3.2.4-34 OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES (OCT 2019). The Government has the right to exercise Option 1 and Option 2 by unilateral modification as stated in H.1.

The total duration of contract in 3.2.4-35 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (OCT 2019) has been corrected from 42 months to 54 months if both options are exercised.

2. Question: Also, for the described constructability reviews the proposed team/personnel (three - professional engineers) has to be onsite and/or in the vicinity of the project location?

Response: As stated in Attachment J-1 SOW the FAA may require the SPRP to provide onsite structural support during the construction phase. This is a Time and Materials contract and if travel is required during the course of the contract, travel will be negotiated between the FAA and contractor after award.
