About this file
This is Amendment 0005 to solicitation 6973GH-25-R-00053, issued by the FAA Aeronautical Center for RDU ATCT Parking Lot Improvements. The amendment extends the proposal due date from February 28, 2025 to March 14, 2025 at 1700 CT.
The amendment makes several key changes: removes the Uniform Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Report requirement and associated clauses; removes several clauses related to equal opportunity, affirmative action, and sexual harassment prevention; and incorporates new Presidential Executive Orders from January 2025 in Section H including orders on recission of previous orders, ending DEI programs, energy policy, gender ideology, and merit-based opportunity. The amendment maintains the requirement for 20% proposal guarantee and 100% performance/payment bonds. Offerors must submit two organizational experience questionnaires showing relevant projects valued over $350,000 completed within the last 3 years. The FAA intends to award a single contract to the lowest price, responsible offeror.
