Specific requirements include a lift radius of +/- 110° (360°), crane tip height not to exceed 126' AGL, and crane load capacity not to exceed 65%. The vendor must provide comprehensive documentation including CAD drawings of site-specific plans, lift survey data, and time estimates for mobilization/demobilization. The scope includes furnishing all necessary equipment (including glass lifting device with counterbalance unit), permits, operator certifications, safety equipment, and taking responsibility for any damage during operations. A site layout diagram shows the positioning of the crane, glass storage, telehandler, trailers, and other equipment within a designated caution tape zone near the tower.
