Borehole and Drilling Services at Calexico, CA January 12, 2023

1. Can we be advised of the location of the drilling in order to determine if there is any surface asphalt, concrete or other that will need to be removed prior to drilling?

Answer: Source Selection sensitive but will be provided upon award.

2. What is the planned start date for this project? Pricing, especially for the drillers, fuel, and PVC piping is expected to continue to rise so pricing cannot be held indefinitely.

Answer: Anticipated start date will be around June 2023; pending operational approval from USBP Sector.

3. In 2.2.7 Optional Task 7, it notes "If it is deemed necessary by the government representative and/or local USB Representative, the contractor shall be prepared to provide physical security of the site at all times". Would you like this priced in the option or would it be done under the Change Management CLIN?
