With the pictures that have been supplied and no topography drawings.

Can the contractor go off of the side profile as depicted on the plans and assume that there is no excavation needed to establish grade and install the new fencing?

(see attached drawing of topography)

It is shown that the Jack Leg Fence cannot exceed elevation 9258.4. What, if any, excavation is needed to be able establish the correct grade? (see attached drawing of topography)

Is this an item that the bidding contractors need? (see attached drawing of topography)
