Paid time off includes 15 minutes of pre-shift gear up time for command center lieutenants, accrual of one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked up to a 56-hour maximum, and vacation accrual based on years of service ranging from 80 to 160 hours. Additional benefits include 401k matching contributions and paid holidays.
