Amendment No. 4 To Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. 693JK420R500007
1. This Amendment No. 4 further-extends, to 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time September 13th, 2020, the deadline for e-mailing proposals / quotations to DOT.
2. In addition, this Amendment No. 4 allows any interested person or firm that did not attend this procurement’s pre-proposal walk-through to send—to hank.clyatt@dot.gov and to avi.lopin@dot.gov and to nimrod.stephens@dot.gov and to ellen.polsky@dot.gov and to james.mowery@dot.gov ---an e-mail requesting that DOT provide, to that requesting person or firm, an e-mailed copy of the following two flyers that were handed out by DOT to the persons who did attend the pre-proposal walk-through: a handout list of the card readers; and a hand out showing the basic floor plan of the DOT building. Upon receipt of each such e-mailed request, DOT will perform a security-verification-check on the authenticity and legitimacy of the requester, and, upon any satisfactory-to-DOT completion of that security-verification-check, DOT will e-mail a copy of those two flyers / hand-outs to the requester.
This Amendment No. 4 makes no other changes to this RFQ.
