About this file

This document contains a Small Business Subcontracting Plan template for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of Transportation. Key details include that the template outlines subcontracting goals of 25% for small business, 5% each for small disadvantaged, women-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. It requires contractors to provide total planned subcontracting amounts and percentages in these categories. Contractors must also describe the types of supplies and services to be subcontracted and methods used to identify potential small business sources. The template outlines requirements to cooperate with any related studies, submit periodic compliance reports to the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System, and maintain records of outreach and subcontracting activities.
