RFP No: 693JK418R9Q0001, Instructional Support Services for TSI
Government Response to the Questions
Question 1: The RFP states that to be considered, the interested party must have either ..."attended or instructed a TSI class within the last 3 years".
As an Associate Staff Instructor with TSI since 1994, I have not recently conducted or attended classes for TSI within the 3 year timeline. Would this disqualify me, even though I meet or exceed all other stated benchmarks (15 years or 400 hours) stated in the RFP?
Government Response: TSI curriculum and teaching techniques evolve over time. It is critical that our contract instructors have current experience with TSI classes. Therefore, the statement in the RFP (section C.7.2.1) is necessary and a required qualification. Also, Offerors not meeting the evaluation criteria requirement will be disqualified.
