Question 6: I am aware of the deadline for submission of my numbers to be 31 August, 11:00 hrs. (EST).
The RFP states the need for 4 instructors for the base year, with an option for 3 additional years. As I understand the RFP, my cost submission will be submitted for all periods (base year and 3 option years.
There is no requirement to submit new numbers for each option year…correct?
Government Response: This contract is set up for a Base year + 4 Option Years. You may submit your cost submission for the Base Year + 4 Option years in your proposal. Offerors can submit the same rate for all the option years or the offerors can propose no more than 2% escalation rate per year.

Government Response: No. The contract is set up not to exceed 1920 hours per year per instructor. The Option Years will be exercised on an “as needed” basis with no minimum number of hours guaranteed for the Base Year and +4 Option Years.
