1 N/A

For operators that utilize a uniform fleet type, can the aircraft be changed as long as it meets the requirements of the contract?

Aircraft can be changed if it meets contract requirements. All aircraft that could be potentially used must be listed on the TSA waiver (flying into DCA).

N/A

Can we plan to utilize an aircraft (same type) that is not currently listed on our certificate for this contract?

The aircraft must be listed on the offeror’s certificate.

3 N/A

Will an ASO be required (since the flight is into DCA)? Is this person provided by the FAA, or will it be the operator's responsibility? Are they included in the 19 passenger count?

An ASO is not required on the plane.

Research DCA requirements with TSA:

Transportation Security Administration Airspace Authorization Office DCA Security Program

4 N/A

Is the operator allowed to uplift fuel for the entire round trip in ACY? The goal is to avoid FBO fees and high DCA fuel prices.

The contract does not dictate where fuel is procured but if fuel ops can be avoided in DCA, that is preferred. It also allows for a quicker turn-around and helps to meet our flight schedule.

5 N/A

When not performing flights for the FAA, can the aircraft perform other trips, or is there a requirement for it to remain available?

Aircraft must be made available to meet contractual obligations. Aircraft can be used outside of contractual responsibilities.

6 N/A

What are the standard payment terms? Is a prompt payment discount required?

See AMS 3.3.1-17 Prompt Payment and AMS 3.3.1-40. No, discounts for Prompt Payment are not required (AMS 3.3.1-6 Discounts for Prompt Payment).
