All work must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, EPA, HUD, and New York State lead-safe work practices, and Secretary of the Interior Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties (36 CFR 68 and 67.7) due to USMMA's National Register listing. Deliverables include the approved HASP, daily activity logs, waste disposal manifests, filter cut sheets and installation verification, brass recycling documentation, final completion report with certification of compliance, and encapsulant warranty (minimum 2 years). The contractor is responsible for all subcontractors and must perform recleaning and/or additional encapsulant application at no additional cost until regulatory clearance levels are met. Final payment is made upon receipt of all documents including the final waste manifest.
