About this file

This is a Clarifications Questions & Responses document for RFQ 6913G626Q3000030 dated June 12, 2026, addressing contractor inquiries regarding a demolition and gravel removal project.

The document addresses four key operational clarifications: (1) permit requirements are the contractor's responsibility, including verification of all required state and local permits; (2) gravel removed from the site may be stored in multiple locations as needed, rather than consolidated in a single area; (3) stockpile locations will be determined during site activities, with primary placement expected within or at the corners of the facility site plot and potentially along the access road if necessary; and (4) on-site personnel are not required to check in at an off-site location prior to accessing the demolition site, with all crew members meeting directly at the site each day. This document serves as supplementary guidance to the original RFQ for contractor proposal development and project planning purposes.
