About this file

This is Amendment No. A001 to a federal solicitation for road repair services issued by the Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, on April 15, 2026. The amendment modifies solicitation number 69056726R000006 for the "Repair North Park Road at Milepost 15.8" project (WY NP GRTE 13(1)) located in Wyoming. The amendment is effective April 15, 2026, and does not extend the hour and date specified for receipt of offers.

The amendment makes two substantive revisions to the Special Contract Requirements section: it deletes item (23) from Section 107.10(e) Other Requirements, which had required construction activities to be conducted during daytime hours (30 minutes after sunrise to 30 minutes before sunset), and it adds a new Subsection 107.12 titled "Contractor's Camp" on page E-17a. The new contractor camping requirements specify that camping is permitted only at designated locations, specifically Flagg Ranch Campground located north of the project site with three available camping spots. The requirements mandate designation of an on-site camp boss approved by the Contracting Officer at least two days prior to occupancy, mandatory attendance at Park orientation meetings for all campsite residents, and compliance with food handling, waste management, and Park regulations. The amendment also permits the Contracting Officer to reduce or eliminate camping privileges due to noncompliance or resource protection concerns including wildlife activity or environmental impacts. Contractors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation deadline through completion of specified form items or by separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
