1 X We have seen the notice for this project. How do we get prequalified to bid as a Prime Contractor?

This project is being solicited to our Idaho, Montana, and Surrounding Areas Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) contractors. The contractors that can bid as a Prime Contractor have already been determined:

https://highways.dot.gov/federal-lands/business/construction-contracting/idaho-montana-and-surrounding-areas-idiq-matoc. Please look for future MATOC contract opportunities on SAM.gov.

2 X This is the first notice we have seen about this project, why is it not posted on the local plan centers requesting prime contractors?

Per FAR 2.101, The Governmentwide point of entry (GPE) is located at https://www.sam.gov; this is where Western Federal Lands Highway Division posts all contract opportunities.

Can you please provide a list of testing equipment that WFL could provide as stated in Section 154 – Contractor Sampling and Testing for the Riverside Rd project in Boundary County, ID

This will be added via Amendment 12/1/25 Granite 7131 N Railroad Ave Pasco, WA 99301

5 X

We have some confusion on a project you engineered drawing for and wanted to see if could get some clarification. The geo report calls out RS580I /rs380I or equal. If you follow the spec, we have other High-performance geotextiles that will pass the spec but they are not equal to rs580I. Looks like 45000SY of Woven geotextile and there is a big price difference in rs580i/rs380i and other High performance wovens.

Follow the specifications, See FP section 207 & 714 and SCR section 714
