About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation (Standard Form 30) for the ID Boundary 5806(3)B, Riverside Road Improvements B project, issued by the Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration in Vancouver, Washington. The amendment (A001) dated 11/21/2025 makes several key modifications to the original solicitation, including adding a new Section 602 for Culverts and Drains, updating page numbers, and adding multiple physical data files to SAM.gov related to clearing limits, construction staking notes, and various XYZ coordinate files.
The amendment includes specific technical changes across multiple sections, such as modifications to requirements for traffic control, temporary signs, pavement markings, and turf establishment. Notable updates include instructions for fabricating sign panels from steel, using locally sourced seeds within a 200-mile radius of the Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge, and detailed specifications for culvert and drain construction, including structural design requirements and installation guidelines. The solicitation maintains the original procurement approach of lowest price selection and requires performance and payment bonds at 100 percent of the original task order price.
