# General Technical Question Answer Date

In regards to the attachment that comes with this solicitation "GR1223 Pavement Evaluation" page #7 specifically states the following.
"Do not allow traffic on the compacted aggregate material except as necessary for placing the new AB, prime coat, and chip seal.
6.2.2 Aggregate Base
After placing the final 4‐inch lift of new AB, traffic should not be permitted before the chip seal construction is complete."
Will this be a condition that is rerquired to be followed as part of this project? We read it as there is not allowed to be traffic on the aggregate reconditioning surface, nor the added Baserock surface until the chip seal is complete. Please elaborate on what will and will not be allowed.
This will be addressed under Amendment
A001.
